All invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise noted.
Overdue invoices will be subject to a 1.5% monthly Finance Charge.
*4hr. max rate applies to selected depot service rates and is assessed per problem. Therefore two unrelated problems would qualify for two 4hr maximum charges.
Our policy is that we bill for the amount of time that it takes multiplied by the skill level required or service rate chosen. You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to any service.
