Travel and Drive Time The time that it takes each technician to travel from BBC to the client’s location and back to BBC plus additional fees such as toll roads, airplane tickets, lodging expenses, etc. The travel time is then combined with the daily onsite time to create one consecutive billing time for each technician per billing day. This is done to minimize separate quarter hour rounding charges however long haul destinations will have the travel time separately itemized and billed. Notwithstanding, the travel rate is equal to the onsite or specialty rate of each technician, as noted above, unless previously agreed upon prior to the visit.
Emergency Rate All Onsite and Specialty Rates have a minimum emergency charge of $99.00/hr. or the given rate plus $10.00/hr. whichever is higher. Furthermore, it is the sole discretion of BBC staff members to determine when this rate will be used however the general rule of thumb is any request for service that is requested to be completed immediately and cannot be scheduled. An Emergency situation would typically include server down, network down, data recovery, hardware failure, natural disasters, and other items deemed by the customer to need immediate assistance. Whenever possible BBC will attempt to avoid such charges however the additional cost is to cover the extra overhead that these issues create internally at BBC. This additional overhead is typically having to reschedule other clients or pull staff from other jobs to address an emergency situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

All invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise noted.
Overdue invoices will be subject to a 1.5% monthly Finance Charge.

*4hr. max rate applies to selected depot service rates and is assessed per problem. Therefore two unrelated problems would qualify for two 4hr maximum charges.

Our policy is that we bill for the amount of time that it takes multiplied by the skill level required or service rate chosen. We do not bill by the job unless we have provided a signed quote stating that the job is a fixed price quote regardless of the hours involved. You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to any service.
